Lithuanian strategic communication experts visit Chisinau
On November 5, a seminar “Historical Memory Policy in the Context of Hybrid Threats” took place at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Moldova.
The event was opened by Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Moldova Kęstutis Kudzmanas and Defense Attaché Colonel Dainius Kazlauskas. Presentations at the seminar were made by Tomas Čeponis and Auksė Ūsienė, experts in strategic communication of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, and Dr. Virgiliu Bîrlădeanu, Head of Modern History Department, Institute of History of Moldova. The event was attended by representatives of Moldovan state institutions and civil society. In 2020-2022, Lithuanian Embassy in Chisinau acts as the NATO Contact Point Embassy.
