Information about National (D) visas
A national visa for a single entry (D) shall be issued to an alien who has been granted a temporary or permanent residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania by the Migration Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania.
Documents that must be submitted to receive a single entry national visa (D).
A national visa for multiple entries (D) shall be issued if an alien submits the documents proving that (s)he intends to enter the Republic of Lithuania periodically and while his/her main place of residence is in a foreign state and there is no requirement for an alien to get a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania.
Documents that must be submitted to receive a multiple entry national visa (D).
The documents shall be submitted in Lithuanian, Russian or English. The documents in Romanian are also accepted, in case the written translation to Lithuanian, Russian or English is provided.
A consular non-refundable application fee for a processing of application for national visa is EUR 120 from the 2nd of February 2020 (EUR 60 – until the 1st of February 2020 inclusive).
