Heritage of Lithuanian Jews presented in Chisinau

On July 8, a photography exhibition “Jewish Vilnius” was opened at the Chisinau Jewish Community Culture Center KEDEM. Opening the exhibition, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Moldova Kęstutis Kudzmanas said that Lithuania cherishes its multinational and multicultural history and is happy to share its experience with other countries.

The exhibition was prepared in 2020 on the occasion of the Year of Vilnius Gaon and Lithuanian Jewish history. Saulius Paukštys, the author of the photographs, participated in the opening and presented the exhibition.
