European Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Stalinism and Nazism marked in Moldova

On August 21, “Gulag Testimonies” - an exhibition of documents and photographs kept in the funds of the National Museum of History of Moldova has been opened in Old Orhei (Orheiul Vechi). The exhibition, housed in the museum of the historical complex, is dedicated to the European Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Stalinism and Nazism, August 23rd.
The exhibition was prepared by the Institute of Social History ProMemoria with partners. The exhibition was supported by the Development Cooperation and Democracy Promotion Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania.
